I am considered an “out of network” clinician with insurance companies. I am not paneled under insurance companies due to ethical, financial, and privacy concerns I have for my clients.
It depends on the insurance company. I recommend you call your insurance company and ask whether or not they reimburse for an out of network counselor and the following CPT codes: 90791-95, 90834-95, 90837-95.

I currently only offer telehealth services. This also allows me to maintain the cost of services and offer a sliding scale option for those in need.
We accept credit cards or HSA/FSA cards.
Late canceled individual appointments without 36 hours’ notice are billed at the full fee of $150. Missed individual appointments are billed at the full fee of $150.
