These resources are offered for informational purposes and may be helpful if you or someone you care about needs additional support.

211 Resource Hotline

Dial 211 or visit your state’s 211 website to find local resources related to food, healthcare, mental health, housing, immigration support, and community services. Services are often available in Spanish and do not require insurance.

If you are unsure where to begin, 211 is often the best first step.
